Endres Manufacturing Company Foundation - May 2011 Grant Announcement:

 

 

The EMC Foundation is proud to be involved in a community that gives back. Look around and consider all the resources, services, arts and sports venues, health initiatives and innovations that would not exist if not for philanthropic human beings.  Endres is pleased that in the May grant period, $45,900 in grant money will be given to 12 agencies out of 20 requests. Among the May grant requests awarded are:

 

Dane County Library – large print books - $1000

RSVP – household goods and services - $1000

Big Brothers/Big Sisters, annual sponsorship of one partnership - $1000

Children's Dyslexia, Reading Program - $2500

Badger Honor Flights - Vet flights to Washington D.C. - $3000

Madison Area Downs Syndrome, “Loose the Training Wheels” bike program - $3000

Goodman Community Center “Bike for Life” Program- $2000

Center for Families - Crisis Intervention- $5000

MOM - Middleton Outreach Ministry aid to homeless- $2400

 

The Endres Foundation is an annual partner with Dane County Cultural Affairs Commission to provide more distance for each dollar toward the arts. It is also proud to be a part of the Madison College Centennial Endowment Scholarship Program celebrating 100 years of education services in 2012. The Endres Scholarship is being built with $5000 per year for 5 years.  The final grant goes to the new Ronald McDonald Family Home at St. Mary’s Hospital, opening in 2012, receiving $10,000.
